Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your unused Vessel products inside the box, ensuring all original tags and protective covers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
